1. Price of sessions

The price of the lesson is set by the price list valid for the given period and includes all materials supplied by the provider.

 

2. Fee payment

Payment for sessions is made by transfer to the provider’s bank account based on an issued document.

Fees must be paid before the start of the lesson.

 

3. Number of lessons and cancellation

Lessons are prepaid in the number of 1, 4 or 8 lessons, for a predetermined period and must be used up within this period.

For missed lessons due to reasons on the part of the student, there is no entitlement to their compensation. The reason for not completing the ordered lessons will not be taken into account.

The provider is not obliged to keep the student dates that are not paid for and can permanently offer them to another student.

 

4. Organization of teaching

Session dates are always determined in advance based on mutual agreement between the provider and the student after payment of the invoice and are binding. The student is not entitled to compensation if they arrive late to the lesson or need to end it early.

In case the session is shortened by the provider, it is of course replaced.

 

5. Cancellation of sessions by the provider

In case of cancellation of the session by the provider, the session is replaced at a new date. In the case of termination of the entire pre-paid package by the provider, the amount for the remaining paid sessions is returned to the student in full.

 

6. Termination of sessions by the student

If the student decided not to use a pre-paid package, the payment is not refunded. However, it is possible to transfer the prepaid sessions to another person, which the cancelling person will arrange themselves.
 

 

Efficiency
These terms and conditions take effect on January 1, 2024. Information is communicated through the website www.adelebartakova.cz, or through other information channels, usually by e‑mail. The seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Each new version of the terms and conditions is available on the website www.adelebartakova.cz and is marked with an effective date. All orders are always governed by the current version of the terms and conditions.

Final Provisions
The wording of these terms and conditions is binding for the contracting parties.
